A Westwood residence listed for $16.2 million was last week’s high watermark when it came to Los Angeles County’s signed contracts. That’s according to Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team, which produces a weekly roundup of the county’s top single-family homes and condominiums to go into contract based on their most recent asking price.
