A mystery buyer walked away with a deal on Douglas Emmett President and COO Ken Panzer’s Brentwood estate. The home at 12833 Chalon Road, located in the ultra-exclusive Brentwood Country Estates community, traded this month for $40 million, or $4,016 per square foot. Another $1 million added to that purchase price included furniture. Compass’s Liz Jones and Fran Flanagan were the listing agents. Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California’s Shelton Wilder brought the unknown buyer.
