A New York-based spa chain is hitting “play” on its first West Coast location and moving into an iconic music spot in the process. Bathhouse leased the 55,000-square-foot former Amoeba Music store at 6400 Sunset Boulevard in Hollywood, L.A. Business First reported. The tenant, which has outposts in New York’s Flatiron and Williamsburg neighborhoods, signed a 25-year lease for its first West Coast flagship location.
