The Mandarin Oriental Residences reeled in a $13.3 million penthouse buyer, in Los Angeles County’s priciest per-square-foot condo deal so far this year. The trade, which was recorded Tuesday, comes after Centurion Real Estate Partners bought the condo residences at 9200 Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills from an investor group led by Michael Shvo, which defaulted on a $200 million loan tied to the Mandarin’s 44 units.
