A Newport Coast mansion is seeking $68 million for a jump of nearly 80 percent since the home last sold about six months ago. The premium price point on 18 Swimmers Point pencils out to $5,913 per square foot and, if sold for close to ask, would become Orange County’s priciest recorded residential deal this year, according to Redfin records.
