Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles is eyeing a vacant lot in South Gate for redevelopment into affordable, for sale-housing.  The empty property at 9019 Long Beach Boulevard is poised for construction of 14 three-story townhomes, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
