Los Angeles voters will be able to decide whether Pacific Palisades will be exempt from Measure ULA. On Tuesday, the Los Angeles City Council voted 13-1 to put a measure on the November ballot that will allow voters to decide whether the city’s so-called mansion tax can be applied in the coastal enclave decimated by the January 2025 Palisades fire, the Los Angeles Daily News reported.
