KHP Capital Partners is trimming its Los Angeles-area hotel holdings after attracting interest from an international investor.  San Francisco-based KHP sold the 105-key Kimpton La Peer to Japanese hotel company APA Group for $63 million, or $600,000 per room, the Los Angeles Business Journal reported.  KHP completed the five-story hotel at 627 La Peer Drive in West Hollywood’s Design District in 2017. The structure was erected on a former industrial block now occupied by fewer such firms like Anawalt Lumber.
