The Olson Company is making its plans official for an office-to-condominium conversion in the San Gabriel Valley. The Seal Beach-based developer acquired an 8-acre office campus in Monterey Park for $25 million, L.A. Business First reported. Blue Shield of California previously occupied and owned the property before selling to BH Properties in 2022 for $15 million. The complex includes a three-story 91,360-square-foot building at 601 Potrero Grande Drive and a 28,840-square-foot office building at 2100 Saturn Street, as well as 508 surface parking spaces.
