The Los Angeles City Planning Commission has signed off on a proposal for an eight-story apartment building along a major corridor on the Westside.  The approved plans come from S.D. Abraham of Beverly Hills-based entity Mesa Rim LLC for 379 units at 3200 South La Cienega Boulevard, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The proposal calls for a mix of floor plans from studios to three-bedrooms above parking for 322 vehicles.  The developer is seeking entitlements including transit-oriented incentive area bonuses to allow for higher density, a reduction in required on-site open space and waivers of limits on floor area and height.
