Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are shaving more than half a million dollars off the asking price of their Brentwood mansion. The “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” star and her husband listed their 7,300-square-foot Mandeville Canyon home for $10.5 million in May and recently cut the price to just shy of $10 million, Realtor.com reported.
