More offices in the Los Angeles area are poised to give way to residences as the region faces an ongoing housing shortage.  TCS Plaza and Torrance Center South Complex LLC plan to demolish the Torrance Center South Complex in Torrance and replace it with apartments and townhomes, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
