Film and TV producer Manny Halley leased the 125,000-square-foot former Quixote North Valley complex in Pacoima, the Los Angeles Times reported. Halley, through his Imani Media Group, leased the four-stage former facility at 12137 Montague Street from Rexford Industrial Realty under a 25-year agreement with an option to buy.
