Daniel Negari bought another hotel — this time in downtown Los Angeles. The tech founder turned real estate investor purchased Hotel Per La for $34 million, records reveal, or around $140,000 a key. Negari confirmed the buy to The Real Deal. He purchased the Marriott Autograph Collection hotel at 649 South Olive Street from Waterfall Asset Management, which less than a year ago took over the hotel after the prior owner owed more than $100 million, per records.
