A multifamily project in the unincorporated community of West Whittier is moving forward with a nod from Los Angeles County officials.  The Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors voted to approve a zone change and other entitlements to allow the construction of a five-story residential building at 7914 Broadway Avenue, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
