More infill housing is slated to rise in Pasadena after a recent review by city officials. The Pasadena Design Commission gave a nod to a proposal from Trojan Land LLC to develop a vacant lot at 36 South Berkeley Avenue with a four-story building consisting of 12 townhome-style residences, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
