Harbor Associates sold a two-building office campus in Santa Clarita as the firm continues to tweak its Los Angeles-area real estate portfolio. Solana Beach-based Strauss Investments acquired Commons at Valencia, located at 25124 and 25152 Springfield Court in Santa Clarita, for $32 million, Commercial Observer reported. The Commons at Valencia campus spans nearly 9 acres with 157,190 square feet of offices.
