Peter Thiel, the billionaire co-founder of Palantir Technologies and PayPal, has been identified as the buyer of the Casa Encantada estate in Bel Air.  The 1930s-era property at 10644 Bellagio Road sold in July for $130 million at an auction at Pomona’s Civic Center Plaza, and the buyer’s identity had been concealed until now, the Wall Street Journal reported.
