Two Compass teams said they’ve created a “supergroup” with the aim of seizing on business moving between Santa Monica and the Pacific Palisades. PHS, which counts nine people, is led by Hathorn, along with Charles Pence and Loraine Silver. The group generated about $218 million in sales over the past year, with a focus on North Santa Monica, according to Compass.
