Silverstein Properties announced a slew of new office lease deals at the U.S. Bank Tower in downtown Los Angeles.  The New York-based firm announced a total of 55,349 square feet of office leases at the 73-story skyscraper, one of the tallest buildings west of the Mississippi River, Commercial Observer reported.  The largest of the deals is a new full-floor lease for 13,682 square feet from engineering and design company Buro Happold.
