Developer scores thumbs up from Los Angeles City Planning Commission for a proposed multifamily project on the Westside.  Planners approved a development from Jenson Capital Principal David Hanasab to replace a duplex and single-family home at 10535 West Missouri Avenue with a six-story building featuring 39 apartments and parking for 66 vehicles, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
