Bird Streets manse takes flight with $82M market entry

Coldwell Banker Realty’s Jade Mills and Joyce Rey nabbed another pricey Bird Streets listing that’s among Los Angeles’s most expensive homes on the market. The duo is marketing the Paul McClean-designed home at 9016 Thrasher Avenue for $82 million, nearly $5,395 per square foot. It’s the eighth priciest on-market listing in the city and the Bird Streets neighborhood’s second most expensive home up for sale after music producer Alex Da Kid’s home at 9126 Cordell Drive, according to Zillow records.
