G3 Urban is planning to build several dozen homes in Compton across a roughly 4-acre site. The Gardena-based home builder is plotting to construct 60 two-story homes on a 4.4-acre property at 2320 North Parmalee Avenue in Compton, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
