The Orange County retail market continues to draw investors looking for new places to park their money. Poole Properties sold a commercial strip at 2515 East Coast Highway in Corona Del Mar to investor Phil Berry for $13.7 million, L.A. Business First reported. Berry acquired the property through his LLC, Shops at CDM, offering $700,000 more than the initial asking price for the 14,000-square-foot property.
