East Hollywood is poised to gain another batch of affordable housing as the city moves toward achieving its state-mandated housing goals.  Four homes at 1058 North Kingsley Drive have been proposed for demolition and replacement with a five-story residential building by property owner and applicant Shahar Gil, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
