Michael Hackman’s Hackman Capital Partners sold an El Segundo flex property for about $27 million, the company told The Real Deal. Hackman would not disclose the buyer, but Newmark, which brokered the deal, said it is Majestic Asset Management. The office and industrial building at 401 Coral Circle is about 57,000 square feet. That means the deal shakes out to around $480 per square foot. Hackman paid around $15 million, or about $270 per square foot, nearly a decade ago.
