Held Properties is coming after a tenant in Century City. That tenant is WealthStone, a real estate entity run by brothers Andres and Jean Paul Szita. (The siblings also started Laurus Corporation, a development outfit, and its fundraising arm Ethika Investments.) Held Properties, a family-owned company, leased the firm space at its 1880 Century Park East tower. WealthStone “fell behind on payments,” the early August complaint reads, and “has failed and refused … to pay rent.” In addition to back rent, WealthStone owes other charges and interest, according to Held Properties.
