HVN Development is planning more affordable housing in Mar Vista. The Irvine-based developer filed an application with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning to replace a triplex at 12508 West Pacific Avenue with a seven-story apartment building, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The building would consist of 60 one-bedroom apartments and no on-site parking. Every unit, except for a mandatory manager’s unit, will be offered at rates for low- and moderate-income renters.
