An international advertising agency with ties to Hyundai inked one of the South Bay’s largest leases of the year. Innocean USA committed to 100,000 square feet at 888 Douglas Street in El Segundo, the Los Angeles Times reported. The decommissioned airplane manufacturing plant was converted to offices about five years ago and has notable tenants like cosmetics giant L’Oréal and meat substitute staple Beyond.
