A $175 million affordable housing project is on the way to a master-planned community in Orange County. Irvine Company and Roseville-based USA Properties Fund began construction on a 338-unit project targeting households earning between 30 and 60 percent of area median income, the Orange County Business Journal reported. The project, called Terracina at Tustin Legacy, is part of Irvine Company’s broader 1,300-unit pipeline at the master-planned community.
