JPMorgan Chase purchased an industrial campus in Santa Fe Springs for $176.5 million from PGIM in one of the priciest L.A. industrial deals over the last couple of years, according to Green Street.  L.A. County records that name a JPMorgan and PGIM executives confirm the deal. Neither side immediately responded to a request for comment.
