Los Angeles officials have given the green light to a developer’s plans to redevelop a parking lot in Tarzana into housing.  The Los Angeles City Planning Commission signed off on entitlements requested by Nasser Matloob of Tarzana Collection for its planned multifamily project at 19333 Ventura Boulevard, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
