An East Los Angeles project that would turn an empty lot into housing has gotten the go-ahead from city planners.  The Los Angeles City Planning Commission signed off on the plans from applicant Brett Boston of Parkman Apartments LLC to erect a six-story building at 4127 East Supreme Court on the border between El Sereno and Lincoln Heights, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
