With three years to go before a state-mandated deadline for housing production, Los Angeles’ residential pipeline seems to be ramping up speed. In the first six months of this year, the City of Los Angeles issued permits for more than 8,800 new homes, Urbanize Los Angeles reported, citing a new report from Hilgard Economics.
