Another development for seniors is coming to the San Fernando Valley after the city denied previous plans. The Los Angeles City Planning Commission voted to approve plans from Akhilesh Jha to replace a single-family home at 5353 North Del Moreno Drive in Woodland Hills with a three-story residential and retail building for seniors, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.  The structure would contain 71 rooms above 1,008 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
