Lily Rabe and Hamish Linklater will test the Los Feliz housing market again, after coming close to selling their modern-style residence just before the pandemic hit. The duo is asking $2.9 million for 3019 Surry Street, or $837 per square foot. Listing agent Heather Boyd of Carolwood Estates said the couple are looking to sell due to a relocation to the East Coast. Rabe is known for her work on “American Horror Story,” starring in several seasons of the FX series.
