A four-story apartment project in Sun Valley is moving forward with approval for 93 units on a five-lot site.  The development, proposed by Glenoaks Hills Rentals and designed by Unigraphics, will lean toward larger apartments, with two studios, 26 one-bedroom units, 58 two-bedroom units and seven three-bedroom units at 8465 North Glenoaks Boulevard, Los Angeles YIMBY reported.  Of the 93 units, 19 will be reserved as affordable housing for 55 years, including 12 units for low-income households and seven for very-low-income households.
