An Orange County developer is poised to boost San Gabriel’s multifamily housing supply as the L.A. County city inches toward its state-mandated housing goal. Seal Beach-based Olson Homes is planning to develop a vacant lot at 824 South Gladys Avenue with 80 residential units and 165 parking spaces, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.  The developer is seeking a density bonus in exchange for designating four units, or 5 percent, for very-low-income tenants.
