A roughly 9,200-square-foot mansion in Pacific Palisades listed for just shy of $20 million topped last week’s luxury home contracts in Los Angeles County. If the sale is finalized, it will be the first trade for the six-bedroom home at 1480 Capri Drive, which was built in 2021.
