Related California and the Weingart Center Association are moving toward finishing 700 units of supportive affordable housing in downtown Los Angeles. The Irvine-based developer and L.A.-based nonprofit are constructing a 12-story highrise for homeless residents at 554-562 South San Pedro Street, near the Weingart headquarters, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. This tower marks the third in their series of large supportive apartment buildings at 6th and San Pedro streets.
