A mansion in Irvine that has set multiple price records in the past could do it again just three years after its last sale.  Venture capitalist Chad Peets and his wife Cari listed their six-bedroom, roughly 13,000-square-foot home at 76 Golden Eagle for $38.5 million, the Wall Street Journal reported. The couple acquired the home from cosmetics mogul Joni Rogers-Kante in 2023 for $25 million, setting a local record at the time.
