The site of several demolished properties in Hollywood will become a 33-unit apartment complex from local developer Rom Investments. Based on an application submitted to the Los Angeles Department of City Planning, the apartments would rise at 1845 North Taft Avenue, at the corner of Franklin Avenue and north of the 101 freeway, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
