Another golf course in the Los Angeles area is headed for redevelopment. The Azusa City Council approved plans from Overton Moore Properties to redevelop part of the Azusa Greens Golf Course into a senior housing complex, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. Overton Moore’s Azusa Greens project, to take shape at 919 Sierra Madre Avenue in Azusa, would transform approximately 40 acres of the Azusa Greens Golf Course into residences for people ages 55 and older.
