The University of California is sinking more money into Westwood with the acquisition of more than a dozen commercial properties near the University of California, Los Angeles campus.  The Regents of the University of California purchased a 16-property portfolio immediately south of the UCLA campus for $49.8 million, Commercial Observer reported.
