A few more of California’s wealthiest are doling out cash for their choice for governor. In September, Stewart Resnick donated $31,400 to Democratic nominee Xavier Becerra. To the right of the political aisle, Stephen Cloobeck, also in September, donated the one-time max of $39,200 to Republican standard bearer Steve Hilton, campaign finance data revealed.
