Another single-family property in Los Angeles has been targeted for redevelopment with a flurry of small-lot homes.  Kambiz Eghbali of CSE Management Group filed an application with the Los Angeles Department of City Planning to subdivide a 1.2-acre site at 13750 Fenton Avenue in Sylmar into 10 lots, each with its own residence, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The property last sold earlier this year for $1.1 million, according to Urbanize.  An existing single-family home at the site would be demolished to make way for the new residences.
