A preschool and vehicular service center in Beverly Hills is poised to give way to an apartment complex with street-level retail. Ohr Haemet has filed plans with the City of Beverly Hills to replace the structures at 177-195 South Robertson Boulevard with an eight-story building with 79 apartments, 12,187 square feet of ground-floor retail space and parking for 89 vehicles, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.
