The former headquarters of Sunkist is poised for redevelopment into housing.  Developer IMT Residential completed work on the Citrus Commons mixed-use development in Sherman Oaks, which turned the parking lots around the former Sunkist Growers Cooperative headquarters into 249 apartments with a Trader Joe’s grocery store, Urbanize Los Angeles reported.  Now IMT has its sights set on the headquarters building itself, filing permits to convert the 125,000-square-foot office building at 14130 Riverside Drive into 95 residences.
