Tyler Perry is putting his Beverly Hills mansion on the market as the filmmaker prepares to relocate to Puerto Rico. The “Madea’s Family Reunion” star listed his nine-bedroom, 15-bathroom estate at 10 Beverly Ridge Terrace for $57 million, the Wall Street Journal reported.  The 24,600-square-foot mansion was built in 2012 after Perry bought the property in 2004 for $4.3 million.
