Another single-family home in Los Angeles is being targeted for demolition and replacement with more residences. Mosaic Development is looking to convert the home at 1321 East Palms Boulevard into seven new townhomes, Urbanize Los Angeles reported. The developer, acting through the affiliate 1321 Palms LLC, would subdivide the site into seven lots, each of which would receive their own home. The project, submitted by applicant Benjamin Tinklenberg, would consist of a series of three-story structures in a mix of two- and three-bedroom floor plans.
